Some of the services we offer at Home Computers are listed here for your information.  Computer repair services for Home or Office.  We can repair any computer or laptop. Our labor charges for in-shop repairs are as follows:

• Virus repair any virus $75.00 includes reloading if necessary.
• Maximum labor charge for desktop hardware-related repairs. $75.00 plus parts. (Parts must be purchased from Home Computers) (All in ones may be extra).
• Software repairs for programs or operating systems. $25.00 per hour.
• Reload Windows operating system. $75.00 (customer must have an operating system and license key)
• Driver research and download for missing drivers. $25.00
• Software recovery and backup from working hard-drive or system. $75.00 does not include media to store recovered files. 
• Software recovery for deleted, formatted, or corrupt files. $100.00 flat fee for working drives. does not include media to store recovered files. 
• Computer upgrades Maximum labor charge $75.00 plus parts. (Parts must be purchased from Home Computers)
• Update Windows operating system or upgrade to the new version, installing all Windows updates. Customers must have a valid license for software or purchase it before upgrading. $75.00

• A repair labor charge of $75.00 per hour, while on site. 
• Computer pick-up service for repairs $25.00 for Hampton area.
• Computer pick-up service for repairs $35.00 for Newport News.
• Computer Networking for Home or Office $75.00 per hour. 
• We can wire your business or home for a completely secure network, through walls and celieings. With a finished network that will last for years.
• We can diagnose and repair any hardware problems while at your business or home. 
• Software and file recovery at your location for $75 per hour. 
• Setup your new business or home computer and get you started working again or entertaining for $75.00 per hour. 
• Slow computer, virus? Just needs updating? We can take care of all your computer-related needs. 

• Maximum labor charge for Laptop hardware-related repairs $100.00 plus parts. (Parts must be purchased from Home Computers)
• Software repair charges are the same as standard desktop in-shop charges above except when the system has to be disassembled for access.
