Home & Office Computers have been servicing all East Coast Utility Contractors’ computer needs for the past 11 years.  We have always found Reid to be willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied with every phase of his work whether building computers from the bottom up for our specific needs or making service calls.  He is determined to have things working properly when he leaves.  I recall one service call he made to help install and put our new Xerox WorkCenter multifunction machine online where he left feeling like the machine was not working properly, turned his vehicle around and came back to the office and stayed until we were receiving emails from the machine according to plan.  Reid takes pride in his work, a trait that is not shared enough these days.
